By creating an account or using TASKBUX ("we", "our", "us" or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TASKBUX. You may hold only one account, and you agree to provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created using automated tools or multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted.

Points ("R$") earned on TASKBUX have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash by anyone other than TASKBUX. Rewards are provided solely at our discretion and may be adjusted, withheld or cancelled if we detect abuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms. Reward values advertised on the site may change at any time.

You agree to complete tasks, quests and other reward activities only as instructed on the site. The following conduct is prohibited: using VPNs or proxies (except where approved), using bots, scripts or browser automation, self-referrals, creating multiple accounts, click fraud, manipulating referral traffic, or otherwise attempting to earn points through means other than genuine use of the Service.

Referral bonuses are credited only for genuine sign-ups made through your unique referral link. We may review, delay or remove referral rewards if we reasonably suspect abuse, including self-referrals or sign-ups from users who do not meet our eligibility rules.

Withdrawals are processed once your balance meets the applicable minimum shown in the Withdraw section. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take several days to process. We reserve the right to refuse a withdrawal if we determine the balance was earned through prohibited conduct. Rewards are not real Robux and are paid out at our discretion.

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and remove any points balance associated with such accounts, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us.

The TASKBUX name, logo, design and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse them without our permission. TASKBUX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, and all relevant trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASKBUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of points in your account at the time the claim arises.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated terms are posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after that date means you accept them.
